We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza), Cash on Delivery (COD), Fawry, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and Apple Pay. Most customers in Egypt prefer COD — we've got you covered.
What is your refund & return policy?

You can return any unused, unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened filters and used shower heads cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
How long does delivery take?

Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days. Alexandria: 3–4 business days. All other governorates: 4–7 business days. Orders over 1,000 EGP get free delivery. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS once your order ships.
How do I install the shower head?

How often do I need to replace the filter?

The Vitamin C filter lasts 2–3 months depending on usage. The sediment filter lasts about 3 months. With a subscription, we send you a fresh filter automatically — no need to remember.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes — you can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. No cancellation fees, no hassle.
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere in Egypt?

COD is available in most governorates across Egypt. In rare cases where COD isn't available for your area, we'll notify you and offer alternative payment methods like Fawry or InstaPay.
Is the shower head safe for Egyptian water?

Do you offer a warranty?
